My Philosophy

Fifteen years of counseling brought me to one fundamental need of all my clients. The need to know they could do it. To go through it. To endure it. To solve it. To improve it. Clients of all walks of life, struggling with relationships, anxiety, career decisions, finances, or simply being themselves. Confidence was often the thread connecting everything else.

But guess what I found...

Every single person was already confident about something.
I realized my job wasn’t to build confidence from nothing.
My job was to find the confidence that already existed and help people carry it into the rest of their lives.
